Let’s Talk About Intimacy

Intimacy begins with understanding yourself and feeling able to share what matters. Sexology-informed coaching and education offers a supportive space to explore desire, pleasure, boundaries, and emotional connection. Learn to communicate your needs, understand differences, and build closeness that respects everyone involved.

Sexual Communication

Find the words for what matters

Talking about sex can feel vulnerable—even with someone you love. Explore how to express your desires, preferences, concerns, and boundaries without blame or pressure.

Practice starting conversations, asking curious questions, and listening to your partner’s experience. Build a shared language for intimacy that makes room for honesty, consent, and changing needs.

Navigating Desire Differences

Understand your rhythms of connection

Wanting different amounts or kinds of intimacy can leave partners feeling rejected, pressured, or misunderstood. Explore what influences your desire, including stress, routines, expectations, and emotional connection.

Learn to talk about differences without treating either partner as the problem. Create invitations that respect a “no,” make room for affection, and explore connection without an obligation to have sex.

Open Relationships & Polyamory

Explore what consensual non-monogamy means to you and your partners. Coaching offers space to discuss relationship expectations, jealousy, time, privacy, and emotional needs without assuming one relationship structure fits everyone.

Practice honest conversations and develop clear agreements that everyone freely chooses. Learn to revisit boundaries, communicate changes, and recognize when your needs or preferences differ.

Kink, Consent & Boundaries

A supportive space to discuss interests, fantasies, and questions without shame. Explore how to communicate what appeals to you, what feels uncertain, and what is off-limits—without pressure to try anything.

Build skills for discussing consent, setting limits, checking in, and planning aftercare. Consent must be freely given, ongoing, and open to change; sharing a fantasy never creates an obligation to act on it.

In-Home Intimacy Coaching

Reconnect in the comfort of your own home. Guided coaching helps you and your partner practice flirting, express affection, explore mutually comfortable nonsexual touch, and talk openly about what helps you feel close.

Together, you choose your comfort level, clothing stays on, and either partner can pause or decline any activity. Sessions focus on communication and connection; they do not involve sexual activity, nudity, or intimate touch from the coach.

Couples Intimacy Intensive

Dedicated time for deeper conversations

When intimacy conversations keep getting postponed or feel difficult to finish, an extended coaching session offers time to slow down and focus on connection.

Explore emotional closeness, desire differences, affection, and sexual communication through guided conversations and practical exercises. Together, identify meaningful next steps that respect both partners’ comfort, boundaries, and pace.

Individual Intimacy Coaching

Understand yourself. Express your needs.

You don’t need a partner to explore your relationship with intimacy. Coaching offers a supportive space to reflect on desire, pleasure, body confidence, personal values, and the messages you’ve learned about sexuality.

Practice expressing preferences, setting boundaries, and asking for what feels right for you. Whether you’re single or partnered, build greater self-understanding and communication skills at your own pace.
